While a Respirable Dust Sampler is essentially a particulate sampling system requiring a high flow rate, gaseous sampling requires only a few LPM (Liters Per Minute) of airflow.

Owing to its modular design, our EI-142 dust sampler—and all compatible models—can be easily paired with this gaseous sampling attachment. All our Respirable Dust Samplers are provided with a dedicated suction port and mounting hardware to facilitate the effortless interface of the EI-061 subsidiary unit.

By diverting a small, controlled amount of airflow from the main blower, the EI-061 allows you to bubble ambient air through wet chemical impingers while simultaneously collecting PM10 dust. This highly efficient, space-saving attachment ensures your facility meets all comprehensive air quality mandates set by state and central pollution control boards.

Gaseous Sampling Attachment

The Respirable Dust Sampler is essentially a particulate sampling system requiring a high flowrate. Gaseous sampling requires only a few LPM of air flow. All models of EnviroInstruments Respirable Dust Samplers are provided with a suction port and mounting hardware to facilitate interface of the Gaseous Sampling Attachment EI-061. 

Owing to its modular design, EI-142 can be easily paired with a gaseous sampling attachment (for monitoring SO2, NOx, NH3, Ozone etc.) as gaseous sampling requires only a few LPM of air flow. This is possible through an attachable subsidiary unit EI-061. Kindly refer to respective brochures of EI-061.
